Character Design- Aiko

aaaaand back to what I have been doing best. Haha

Believe it or not, all those wild and spectacularly interesting character designs I showed are NOT the main characters. [well they kind of are, but not until later on.. haha Imma punk D:]

Aiko here is the true main character and protagonist to the story. She's really just an average human girl. [yay for human characters and non human characters? Ohoho...] Well, she isnlt totally normal, since she does get caught up in a crazy story and becomes a central point in reshaping the world and all that good stuff.

Though before anyone mentions it or thinks it, i will say this: What will make Aiko interesting and "kick ass" as the cool kids say, will NOT be for stupid mary sue reasons. Bella Swan she sure as hell ain't. She can kick ass when she needs to, has faults [and man do they get in the way, haha.] and has to actually win a lot of other characters over to her plight. So yeah, I am trying my best to AVOID the mary sue cliches you see all too often with female protagonists. She's pretty laid back, likes to read, and is a bit shy. But she does get easily overwhelmed and flustered, so she'll loose her cool or end up ding something PROFOUNDLY stupid when she really isn't supposed to. har Har.

And as for her name? I am horribly bad at naming characters, so I had pleaded with friends to help think up a name for her, someone suggested "Aiko" like the J-Pop star, and goofy me was like "lol that works" so it stuck. Yeah. I name my characters after pop stars and after abusing the hell out of official census websites. haha. D:
