This is exactly what it looks like, and no, I have no shame in making this. it's not my fault the new Daleks' designs come darn near matching the Sailor Senshi from Sailor Moon... I am onto your ploy, Moffat! [and yes, this will be available as an art print for anime next. Though I wonder who on earth would buy such a random thing.

done on 8.5x11" cardstock with pencils, copic multi-liner pens [ink], and copic markers for coloring. Highlights done with white gouache. Text added in photoshop. Fun fact, I could not for the life of me think up a background for this, and I spent 15 minutes attempting various things. But nothing seemed to work... so it remains backgroundless.
